Our monthly program generally includes a speaker, sharing (where the talents of our members are shown) and guild business and announcements.We start our meetings at 1:30 pm. At 1:00 pm and during a short break mid-meeting, we have our social time. This is when we check out our Library, Display Blocks, Block of the Month, turn in quilts to Community Quilts, purchase tickets for Opportunity Quilts, Travel and more. We also catch up with friends and check out the goodies at the Speaker’s table.
Our meetings generally close between 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm. You are invited to visit our guild at any time and if you are interested in becoming a member stop by the Membership table just inside the door as you enter or ask any member to introduce you to our Membership Chair.
Each member is provided with a name tag that is worn to all our AVQ functions and we will provide a name tag for you as our guest. We welcome new members and visitors!
