Joining/Renewing

Membership expires annually on August 31, and renewals are accepted beginning each year in July. Lapsed or new members may join at any time during the year.  For more information, please contact the Membership Chairperson.

How to join or renew your membership:

  1. For NEW MEMBERS, we have an online Membership Form.
    Pay for your membership by bringing a check to the Membership table during the guild meeting or by mailing it to PO Box 955 Pleasanton, CA  94566. Be sure to add the postage fee for the newsletter and/or directory if you requested those be sent to you by US Mail.
    Printed membership forms are available at the guild general meetings on the second Saturday of the month.
  2. For RENEWALS, we now have a pre-printed individualized form for each of the members. It will have the information that is kept on our membership file. During renewal when you are prepared to submit your fees, you will get your form at the membership table, check it for accuracy, initial it and hand it back with your payment.
    You can also use the online membership form and send/bring in your payment.
