Barbara Black Lecture: The Hard Stuff (Zoom)
Barbara Black (https://bbquiltmaker.blogspot.com/) is a renowned quilter who loves to share her knowledge. Quilting since 1985, her classes are full of tips and shortcuts to get to the result the fastest way possible. You may have seen her Joyful Journey exhibit at the Houston Quilt Festival, or her “Red and White – By the Numbers” quilt featured on festival bags, or have seen her walking viewers through The Quilt Show’s Block of the Month. Barbara’s goal is “to inspire others to make gifts for generations yet unborn.” To accomplish this, she delights in sharing her vast experience with quilters at all levels.
Barbara has taught all over the US and at International Quilt Festival Houston, Road to California, Empty Spools Seminar at Asilomar CA, and on several quilt cruises for Stitchin’ Heaven.
Barbara lives in Huntsville, AL, with her husband. They delight in visits with their three grandchildren.
