The Quilt Entry Form for the AVQ June 22 and 23, 2024, quilt show is available to be filled out. To fill out an entry form, please find in the chart below the category of quilt you are submitting and click on the link for it.
….. You must be a member of AVQ in order to enter a quilt in the show.
….. All Entry Forms are due by April 13, 2024, (AVQ General Meeting).
….. Entering your quilt shows that you are giving your permission to visitors to photograph it and to AVQ to publish and show the image on its website.

Hanging Sleeve for Quilts and Identification label: Before you turn in your quilt, please attach a 4-inch sleeve to the top-back of the quilt (3-inch for Pass the Envelope quilts) and an identification label to the bottom back left side of the quilt. Instructions for the sleeve and label are available at Hanging Sleeve and Identification Label document.
Identification labels will also be available at the quilt show table at the Jan-April General Meetings or you can request one at avqshow2024@gmail.com.
If the on-line entry form doesn’t work for you, you can send an e-mail to avqshow2024@gmail.com to have an Entry Form, Story Card Form, Picture Form and/or Hanging Sleeve/Quilt Identification Form e-mailed to you. There will be a few paper entry forms available at the January-March General Meetings.
